Returns Policy


Firstly, thank you for purchasing from Hedgerow, we are sorry that your item did not work out. 

Full priced products can be returned or exchanged providing it's in a saleable condition. If you intend to return an item: 

  • Please ensure that all tags and packaging are still attached. 

  • Items must not have been worn, altered or washed. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used. 

  • The original invoice must accompany the returning item(s).

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for items within 10 days of purchase.   

Items must be returned to Hedgerow within 14 days of delivery. If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your return and your order will be shipped back to you at an additional charge.  

Hedgerow does not refund any shipping costs.  The cost of the shipping on a returned item will be your responsibility unless the item sent is deemed to be faulty or has been sent in error by Hedgerow .



Hedgerow will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Please note: if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. Hedgerow reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Hedgerow confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by Hedgerow).



You can make your exchange request to with EXCHANGE in your subject heading. 

Please keep in mind that exchange requests are subject to availability and items cannot be secured for exchanges. 

You will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. Hedgerow does not refund any exchange shipping costs.  The exchanged item will be sent once the returned product has been received (within 14 days) and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Please be aware that you will incur an additional shipping charge for the delivery of the replacement item. 



If you change your mind after payment has been accepted, and before goods are dispatched, your order can be cancelled. We will happily fully refund your payment as long as you have notified us in writing prior to receiving your order confirmation from us. 

Please note we try to dispatch goods on the same day as payment is accepted, and if this falls on the weekend we will dispatch on the next working day. 

If goods have been dispatched then the refund policy applies and you will need to return the goods to us. Delivery costs are non-refundable. 



If someone has sent you a special gift from Hedgerow but it wasn't quite right, then you can return it in exchange for a onilne credit note which you can use to redeem on our website. In the event of a gift return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling attached within ten days of receiving the goods. A Hedgerow credit note will allow you to select a replacement item(s) from our website for a period of one month. If you would like to use your credit note online, then please get in touch with our head office to organise an online purchase with your credit note. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping charges. 



Hedgerow cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards so please choose carefully. 



Please note each item purchased is quality control checked prior to being sent out. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and help to resolve.
